of people with her Financial Empowerment platform through keynotes, seminars, workshops and conferences. Karen's

Karen comes with life experiences as a professional, a wife of 22 years, a mother of two,
and a community servant. With over 24 years of managerial experience in the banking and finance industry, she also has
the education and training necessary to impart information to the public and countless people who depend on her expertise.
She holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of South Carolina and a Masters in Business Administration
from Webster University. She also holds the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) and Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designations
from the National Mortgage Banker's Association and is a Certified Housing Counselor.
